What are Skor bars with Ritz crackers?
Skor bars with Ritz crackers are dessert bars made with crushed Ritz crackers mixed with Skor toffee bits and sweetened condensed milk. They are usually topped with some sort of white frosting, typically cream cheese or buttercream.
Why this recipe is so great:
- Only 4 ingredients – Just 4 simple ingredients and a quick bake in the oven is all you need to make this super delicious treat!
- Scrumptiously good – These bars are rich, buttery, and sweet. You would never think they were made with savory crackers. The sweetened condensed milk and toffee dominate the saltiness of the crackers, leaving only a hint of it behind. The texture is chewy with a little bit of crunch from the Skor bits. Then it finishes with a creamy vanilla taste of white chocolate that is just divine.
- Perfect for the holidays and NYE – This quick and easy-to-make treat is perfect for the busy holiday season. Top with some additional red and green or gold sprinkles to make them extra festive.

Can these be scooped and made into smaller portions in muffin tins?
Yes, you can make them into smaller portions using a muffin tin. Line with paper or silicone liners for easy removal. Enjoy!
These are great! Instead use whipped cream cheese icing great!
Thank you! Glad you liked it:)
I made these for my son’s birthday party and they were a hit!
I used an 8×8 pan and had no problems with it setting and used butter cream icing although next time I’ll try cream cheese icing. I also did another batch with white and dark chocolate chips. Also tasty but the skor ones were just a bit better!
I’m so glad to hear! Thank you for your kind feedback and happy belated birthday to your son!
Can you use unsalted premium plus crackers
You can but I would add some salt to balance the sweetness. Enjoy and happy holidays!
I make these all the time but I put a cream cheese icing instead of the white chocolate
Yes, cream cheese is the classic way to go. The white chocolate is my personal twist:)
Flavour is amazing! I didn’t have a 9×9, but had an 8×8, unfortunately it didn’t set nice like squares should be. Was pretty sticky and too soft. But absolutely amazing taste!
Sorry to hear it didn’t cut nicely. Did you let it cool completely? Sometimes that helps but glad to hear it tasted amazing!
Having a real hard time getting the White chocolate to spread even though I put on top immediately out of the oven
You can put it back in the oven for a minute to help melt it next time. I hope you still enjoy it!
They are delicious and addictive. Quick and easy. Thanks!
