Allison Silver Adelman – Copy Editor
Allison and Lily used to read and comment on each other’s blogs back in the early days of Little Sweet Baker, when Allison once had her own food blog. Although Allison stopped blogging soon after finishing grad school (PhD in Linguistics, UCSB), she has continued to provide editing/proofreading for Lily’s blog, and continues to enjoy cooking, baking, and eating (as well as studying languages and traveling in order to eat). Allison lives in Madison, WI. She works as a freelance copyeditor, mostly for academic writing in the humanities and social sciences (SilverEditing.com), but finds editing food blogs to be a sweet treat!
Ilona Krzymianowski – VA & Videographer
Ilona is a food blogger at Ilona’s Passion where she shares everyday recipes including authentic Polish cuisine, entertaining, and meal prep ideas. She is managing editor and social media coordinator for Food Bloggers of Canada which is home to some of Canada’s most talented food bloggers. Ilona is a food blogging virtual assistant who works with bloggers by supporting technical facets of building, improving and managing websites, SEO-optimized content, recipe development, food photography, recipe videography, and social media management. She is a regular contributor and recipe developer for brands and various food websites.

Diana Muresan – Photographer
Diana is a food photographer, stylist, and content creator working in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. She has worked with cookbook authors, national and international food brands, blogs, marketing/PR agencies, and restaurants, to create food images for both printed and digital media. She’s also a food photography educator, leading workshops and courses on food photography and food styling. Diana writes on her own blog, where she shares recipes, photography tips, and travel inspiration with her readers.
