- 1½ cup cooked meat, (turkey, chicken, ham, or pulled pork)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp chives
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F and grease a 9" baking dish.
- Add your cooked vegetables to the bottom of the baking dish. Add your turkey or meat of choice on top.1 cup cooked mixed vegetables, 1½ cup cooked meat
