Ingredients

cooked mixed vegetables
(mushrooms, peppers, onions, etc)

cooked meat
(turkey, chicken, ham, or pulled pork)

large eggs

cottage cheese
1/2

milk
1/2

garlic powder

salt
pepper to taste

shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F and grease a 9" baking dish.
Add your cooked vegetables to the bottom of the baking dish. Add your turkey or meat of choice on top.
1 cup cooked mixed vegetables,
1½ cup cooked meat
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour into the dish.
4 large eggs,
1 cup cottage cheese,
1/2 cup milk,
1/2 tsp garlic powder,
1/2 tsp salt,
pepper to taste
Sprinkle the cheese and chives on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a thin knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
