(The full written and printable recipe is further below.)

Step #1) Roughly mash the strawberries in a small bowl.

Step #2) In a small blender, add the mashed strawberries, protein powder, heavy cream, and maple syrup.

Step #3) Blend until smooth. Be careful not to over-blend or the cream will curdle.

Step #4) Pour over your favorite matcha latte or iced coffee. Stir and enjoy!

🌟 Expert tips:

  • Want it extra frothy? Froth the blended mixture for 10–15 seconds before topping your drink.
  • Best protein powder: Whey or pea protein both blend smoothly without clumping.
  • Extra strawberry boost: Muddle a few fresh strawberry pieces at the bottom of your glass before pouring in your drink and foam. It adds fresh pops of flavor and color — just use a large bubble tea straw to sip up the bits! 🍓

Delicious variations:

  • 🍋 Bright twist: Add a squeeze of lemon juice for a strawberry lemonade vibe.
