Instructions
Line a 9x9" baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, toss together the oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Add the applesauce, eggs, maple syrup, avocado oil, and vanilla. Whisk until just combined.

Fold in the raisins and chopped nuts if using. Let the batter sit for 15 minutes while the oven preheats to 350F

Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Notes
Leftovers can be covered at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
