Description

This shepherd’s pie is filled with juicy chunks of turkey and colorful mixed vegetables in a flavorful gravy underneath a blanket of creamy mashed potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey meat, chopped
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables, chopped
  • 1 cup turkey gravy
  • 2 1/2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix the turkey, vegetables and gravy together in a 9″ baking dish.
  3. Top with the mashed potatoes and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbling. Turn the oven to broil to brown the cheese if desired. It should only take a minute or two (keep an eye on it).
