This Healthy Apple Crisp is cozy, lightly sweetened, and full of warm fall flavors. Made with rolled oats, oat flour, and coconut sugar, it’s a wholesome twist on the classic dessert.
5cupssliced and peeled applesabout 4-5 medium apples
2Tbspcoconut sugar
2 Tbsplemon juice
½tspground cinnamon
¼tspground ginger
¼tspground cloves
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a medium mixing bowl, toss together the rolled oats, oat flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in the melted butter until all is moistened.

In a greased 8x8" baking dish, mix the apples with the lemon juice, coconut sugar, and spices. Sprinkle the oat mixture on top.
