Ingredients

local apples
diced (firm and crisp variety is best)

mangoes
diced
1/2
cup
red peppers
diced small
1/2
cup
red onions
finely diced

jalapeño
finely diced

cilantro
finely chopped
1/4
cup
lime juice

Tbsp
honey
1/4

salt
Instructions
In a large bowl, toss the apples, mangoes, red peppers, and red onions.
2 cups local apples,
1 cup mangoes,
1/2 cup red peppers,
1/2 cup red onions
Add the jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, honey and salt.

1/4 cup cilantro,
1/4 cup lime juice,
2 Tbsp honey,
1/4 tsp salt
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight.
Give a quick stir before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
