Cranberry Orange Muffins
Whisk the flour, baking powder, , and salt together in a large bowl.
Whisk vegetable oil, sugar, eggs, milk, orange juice, vanilla extract, and orange zest together in a medium bowl.
Pour the wet into the dry ingredients and whisk just until everything comes together. Fold in fresh cranberries.
Divide the batter into 12 cups and bake for 5 minutes at 425F, then reduce the heat to 375 for another 15 minutes.
