Bakery Style Banana  Nut Muffins

Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together in a large bowl.

Whisk the eggs, white and brown sugar, oil, vanilla, and bananas together in a medium bowl.

Pour the wet into the dry ingredients and whisk just until everything comes together. Add chopped walnuts.

Divide the batter into 12 cups and bake for 5 minutes at 425F, then reduce the heat to 375 for another 12-15 minutes.
