Description
The addition of edamame beans adds a new twist to this classic dish.
Ingredients
- 10 oz can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (any kind, I used Tex Mex)
- 12 oz bag of frozen cut green beans (thawed and drained)
- 1 cup frozen edamame beans (thawed)
- 1 container of French’s fried onions (1 1/2 cups, divided)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix all the ingredients (reserving 1/2 cup of fried onions) in a 9×13″ baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes or until the green beans are tender and everything is heated through.
- Sprinkle the rest of the fried onions on top and bake uncovered for another 5 minutes to crisp the onions.
